Research Papers Track

The research papers track is open to research contributions. Papers submitted in this track will be thoroughly reviewed for novelty, relevance, technical quality and scientific soundness by the members of the research track program committee. The authors will have an option of commenting on the reviews during the rebuttal period, before the acceptance decisions are made.

After the conference there will be a call for a Special Issue on Automation in Software Performance Engineering of the Springer Automated Software Engineering Journal.

Submission deadlines

Abstract submission deadline is 11:59 PM (23:59) Pacific Time on October 6, 2013.

Paper submission deadline is 11:59 PM (23:59) Pacific Time on October 11, 2013.

Research paper notification: December 16, 2013.

 

Submissions must be in the standard ACM format for conference proceedings. Research track papers should be clearly marked in the text either as "Full Research Paper" or "Short Research Paper". Full research papers should not exceed 12 pages double column including figures and tables. Short research papers are limited to 6 pages.

At least one author of each accepted paper is required to register at the full rate, attend the conference and present the paper. Presented papers will be published in the ICPE 2014 conference proceedings that will be published by ACM and included in the ACM Digital Library. Authors are required to adhere to the ACM Policy and Procedures on Plagiarism as well as to the ACM Policy on Prior Publication and Simultaneous Submissions.
